The Neo-Pure NP5-21 unit receives our Premium LED controller standard. This premium controller features new technology designed to eliminate the guesswork out of UV system maintenance. Older systems require a manual reset that, if performed incorrectly, would lead to UV lamp failure without the user’s knowledge. The Neo-Pure UV System uses a state-of-the-art encrypted lamp key which is required for the system to run. When the UV Bulb reaches its limit the unit will shut down, and the LED display will notify the user that the UV lamp needs to be replaced. The new lamp comes with a new encrypted key that brings the unit safely back online and ensures safe drinking water for your home. The controller has many other helpful screens to keep the user posted on on-going maintenance and parts replacement.
