Electronic Ballast for models HSUV-SS-M-5, HSUV-SS-M-8 & HSUV-SS-M-12. Same ballast is used in both 100-130VAC or 200-250VAC models.
Note: Detachable power cord not included. Ballast can be used with your existing power cord.
