DMfit Collet Cover – 1/4″
The 1/4″ DMfit Collet Cover will prevent the unintentional disconnection of the tube when handling the collet. The collet cover rotates into place, which facilitates easy assembly and disassembly. It is recommended to use a tube support if using very thin walled tubing. A locking clip can also be used to form a firm and more secure connection. The protruding tab on the locking clip makes it easy to attach and detach your collet.

Installation:

  1. Place collet over the tubing
  2. Insert tubing into fitting
  3. Twist the collet cover until it locks into the collet
  4. To disassemble, rotate in the opposite direction until it unlocks
